PROMOTION PERIOD
The AMOB Summer Passport Promotion begins on June 15, 2026, and ends on September 7, 2026.
ELIGIBILITY
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Oysters Rock Hospitality, Anna Maria Oyster Bar, Café on St. Armands, Bridgewalk Resort, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to win.
HOW TO ENTER
Participants may obtain an AMOB Summer Passport from participating Anna Maria Oyster Bar locations while supplies last and collect stamps from all six participating Anna Maria Oyster Bar locations during the Promotion Period.
A Passport stamp is earned by making a qualifying purchase at a participating location during the Promotion Period. A qualifying purchase is defined as a minimum food and beverage purchase amount determined by the Sponsors and verified prior to publication. Guests may receive one official Passport stamp per participating location, regardless of purchase amount above the minimum requirement. Only official Passport stamps issued by authorized staff members are valid.
Once all six Anna Maria Oyster Bar location stamps have been collected, participants must complete and submit the official entry form.
One bonus entry may be earned by visiting Café on St. Armands and obtaining the Café stamp through a qualifying purchase.
Participants may submit multiple completed Passports during the Promotion Period. Each completed Passport containing all six Anna Maria Oyster Bar location stamps qualifies as one Grand Prize entry. A Café on St. Armands stamp earned on a completed Passport qualifies for one additional bonus entry associated with that Passport.
For example, a guest who completes two full Passports and obtains the Café stamp on both Passports would receive a total of four entries: two Grand Prize entries and two bonus entries.
GRAND PRIZE
The Grand Prize consists of:
- Three (3) consecutive nights of accommodations at Bridgewalk Resort
- One (1) $250 Anna Maria Oyster Bar Gift Card
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): To be determined based on room type and dates selected.
WINNER SELECTION, NOTIFICATION, AND VERIFICATION
One winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received on or about September 8, 2026.
The selected winner will be notified by phone or email using the contact information provided on the entry form.
The potential winner may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, Publicity Release (where permitted by law), and any other documentation reasonably requested by the Sponsors. An affidavit is a signed statement confirming that the selected individual meets all eligibility requirements and agrees to the terms of the promotion.
If the selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond, declines the prize, fails to complete required documentation, or is determined to be ineligible within fourteen (14) days of the initial notification attempt, the selected winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected through a subsequent random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.
This process may continue until an eligible winner is confirmed or until the Sponsors determine that no eligible entries remain.
The Sponsors’ decisions regarding eligibility, winner selection, rule interpretation, and all other matters relating to the promotion are final and binding.
BRIDGEWALK RESORT STAY CONDITIONS
The Bridgewalk Resort stay must be redeemed within one (1) calendar year from the date the winner is notified. The stay expires if not redeemed within that period.
Reservations are required and are subject to availability. Blackout dates apply, including but not limited to major holidays, holiday weekends, special events, peak seasonal periods, and other dates designated by Bridgewalk Resort. A detailed blackout date schedule may be published separately and incorporated into these Official Rules.
The winner is responsible for all expenses not specifically included in the prize, including transportation, parking, resort fees, taxes, gratuities, incidental charges, meals, and personal expenses.
GIFT CARD TERMS
The Anna Maria Oyster Bar Gift Card is subject to the standard terms and conditions applicable to all Anna Maria Oyster Bar gift cards. The gift card does not expire and is not redeemable for cash except where required by law.
NO CASH VALUE
The Grand Prize has no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be sold, assigned, exchanged, or substituted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsors. Any unused portion of the prize will be forfeited.
PUBLICITY RELEASE
By accepting the prize, the winner grants Oysters Rock Hospitality, Anna Maria Oyster Bar, Café on St. Armands, and Bridgewalk Resort permission to use the winner’s name, likeness, photograph, city of residence, and statements for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
PRIVACY
Information collected from participants will be used by the Sponsors solely for the administration of this promotion, winner notification, prize fulfillment, marketing communications where permitted by law, and other purposes consistent with applicable privacy laws.
By participating, entrants consent to the collection and use of their information for these purposes. Participant information will not be sold to third parties.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Oysters Rock Hospitality, Anna Maria Oyster Bar, Café on St. Armands, Bridgewalk Resort, and their respective owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
Sponsors are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, illegible, altered, incomplete, misdirected, or destroyed Passports, entry forms, or submissions. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsors reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion if fraud, technical failures, acts of God, hurricanes, floods, fires, pandemics, public health emergencies, labor disputes, governmental actions, terrorism, civil disturbances, or any other event beyond the Sponsors’ reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion.
Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process, submits fraudulent entries, duplicates stamps, alters Passports, or otherwise violates these Official Rules.
TAXES
The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with acceptance or use of the prize.
ODDS OF WINNING
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
DISPUTES AND VENUE
Except where prohibited by law, participants agree that any disputes arising out of or relating to this promotion shall be resolved individually and exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Manatee County, Florida.
Participants waive any right to claim punitive, incidental, consequential, or indirect damages and agree that any recovery shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs associated with participation in the promotion.
GOVERNING LAW
This promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
