Anna Maria Oyster Bar is bringing back one of its most talked about seasonal features.
After a standout run in 2023, Crabapalooza returns for a limited time, celebrating crab season with a lineup built for sharing, cracking, dipping, and lingering at the table a little longer. From February 10 through April 20, 2026, guests can enjoy a menu that brings together bold coastal flavors, guest favorite preparations, and the kind of hands on dining that made Crabapalooza such a hit the first time around.
Crabapalooza is designed around three signature dishes, each offering a different way to enjoy crab at its best.
The Seafood Boil delivers a classic coastal experience that guests can customize to their taste. The boil features snow crab, mussels, peel and eat shrimp, corn on the cob, red potatoes, and garlic bread. Guests can choose from a variety of seasoning styles, including Old Bay, garlic dry rub, Cajun, Tajín, lemon pepper, or go all in with The Works. Sauces range from garlic butter to tequila lime or chipotle, making every boil a little different and every table its own experience.
For something lighter but still packed with flavor, the Maryland Style Crab Cake Salad brings together a classic crab cake served over fresh mixed greens. Finished with blue cheese and a remoulade style salsa, the salad balances rich crab with bright, fresh elements for a well rounded take on a seasonal favorite.
The Seafood Tower returns as the ultimate centerpiece for the table. Built to be shared, the tower features snow crab clusters, tuna poke, shrimp ceviche, fresh Gulf oysters, and peel and eat shrimp. Served with classic accompaniments like mignonette, Cajun mustard, cocktail sauce, horseradish, chimichurri, and a fry basket with potato chips, tortilla chips, and saltines, it is a true spread meant to be enjoyed slowly and together.
To round out the experience, Crabapalooza also introduces a lineup of seasonal cocktails crafted to pair naturally with crab and seafood. The Passionfruit Aperol Spritz offers a bright, refreshing sip with passionfruit, Aperol, prosecco, and soda. The Mai Oh Mai Tai blends aged rum with citrus and almond notes, finished with a dark rum float. The Paloma delivers a clean, refreshing finish with tequila, fresh grapefruit and lime, sparkling soda, and a subtle Tajín rim.
A featured wine, Maddalena Chardonnay, joins the menu as well. Bright, balanced, and food friendly, it complements the bold flavors of crab while remaining easy to enjoy alongside any dish on the table.
Crabapalooza reflects what Anna Maria Oyster Bar does best. Fresh seafood, generous spreads, and a relaxed, coastal atmosphere where meals are meant to be shared. It is about gathering with friends and family, rolling up your sleeves, and enjoying the season.
Crabapalooza is available February 10 through April 20, 2026, for a limited time at all Anna Maria Oyster Bar locations.
