Meet Our Executive Assistant, Morgan Kimber!

Growing up in an Air Force family, Morgan learned early how to adapt, connect, and build community wherever she landed. While she moved frequently, she spent most of her time in Texas and built her hospitality career there—most recently serving as General Manager of a Czech restaurant, brewery, and hotel in Waco.

Drawn to the energy of the Gulf Coast and her love for the beach, Morgan made the move to Florida and quickly found her place with the ORH family. With experience leading teams and operations, she now brings her organization, drive, and people-first mindset to her role as Executive Assistant.

Hospitality has always felt natural to Morgan. Growing up in a large family that regularly hosted holidays and gatherings, she found joy in helping create meaningful experiences. “There’s something really special about being part of the magic that brings people together,” she says. That passion followed her from host to server to General Manager—and continues behind the scenes today.

One of her favorite guest memories spans multiple roles: starting as a host chatting with a lovely couple, later serving them, and eventually sharing the news that she had been promoted to GM. Watching guests celebrate her growth felt just as meaningful as any milestone.

At home, her pets keep her humble. Her cat, Cricket, would probably ask for more food. Her dog, Walker, would vote for more walks. Fueled by an iced lavender dirty chai with almond milk topped with lavender cold foam. Morgan keeps things running smoothly while dreaming about her next travel adventure.
