Meet Our Director of Creative Culture, Olivia D'Amico!

A Bradenton girl through and through, Olivia grew up in the area and stayed close to home for school, attending Braden River High School, State College of Florida, and an extension site of Southeastern University for her undergraduate and graduate degrees.

For Olivia, hospitality comes down to one belief: gathering around tables is one of the most important things people can do. It’s a human centric industry, and she loves that it lets her celebrate both joy and grief with people. Eating and drinking with the people you love is central to that, and to her, setting a table for someone is a special kind of gift.

Her favorite guest service memories aren’t the big, flashy moments. They’re the small, steady ones: being the place where people become regulars, the ones who build a daily ritual around walking through the door.

Ask Olivia to describe herself using only film titles and she’ll give you five: The Secret Life of Walter Mitty, Lord of the Rings, How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days, A Nightmare Before Christmas, and Prince of Egypt. Somewhere on her bucket list is working on a feature film.
