Meet Our General Manager, Chad Brossia!

Chad’s hospitality journey began in Ohio with TGI Fridays, where he quickly found his passion for the fast pace, structure, and growth the industry offered. After traveling nationally and internationally as a trainer, he moved to Florida and transitioned into restaurant management, eventually joining the Ale House where he spent over 20 years building teams, developing systems, and advancing through the leadership ranks.

His strength lies in operational excellence and team development—he thrives on building strong foundations that help people and locations grow. “I enjoy the opportunity to create something lasting—whether that’s a system, a culture, or a team,” Chad says.

Ask his dog, and you’ll get an honest review: “He always gives me treats.” Ask Chad, and he’ll tell you one of the most rewarding parts of hospitality is turning a negative guest experience into a reason someone becomes a regular.

Fueled by dark roast coffee with hazelnut creamer and motivated by impact, Chad is all about forward momentum—whether he’s preparing for a big trip, launching a new initiative, or creating meaningful memories along the way.
