Born and raised in Sarasota, Florida, Noah has been part of the Oysters Rock Hospitality family since he was just 16. A proud Palmetto High School graduate, he followed in his sister’s footsteps after hearing how much she loved working for the company—and he hasn’t looked back since.
Over the years, Noah has become a friendly, familiar face to both guests and teammates alike. One of his most unforgettable moments? Helping plan a surprise birthday party for a beloved regular named Anita at the Ellenton location. “Her family celebrated with us before she passed, and I’ll never forget being part of that moment,” he shares.
At home, Noah may be a little more low-key—his pet would probably tell you he sleeps and lounges a lot. But at work? He’s up early, fueled by the biggest black Americano on the menu, ready to take on whatever the day brings.
Christmas keeps him up at night (in the best way), and Japan is at the top of his travel bucket list. He’s all about creating memories, connecting with people, and—let’s be honest—enjoying a big plate of Blackened Chicken Alfredo with Island sauce and broccoli whenever he gets the chance.
