Born and raised in Bradenton, Florida, Taylor has been a part of the Anna Maria Oyster Bar family for most of his career. His journey in hospitality began at 16, serving at Freedom Village Retirement Center before joining AMOB. He was part of the original opening team at the Pier and stayed there for nearly 10 years. Today, he brings his energy and creativity to the Home Office as the Marketing Coordinator.
Taylor didn’t set out to work in hospitality, but once he started, he quickly found his passion. “At first, I was just looking for any job that would hire me,” he says. “But I ended up loving the chance to meet new people and hear their stories.” One of his favorite memories? A couple who came to the Pier to celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary—complete with a photo from their first visit to AMOB. “We surprised them with a slice of Key lime pie. It was one of those small but unforgettable moments.”
Known for his sharp eye and calm approach, Taylor handles marketing with the same care he once gave guests—just with a camera and campaign plan instead of a tray. His daily fuel? An Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso—no questions asked.
Outside the office, Taylor is always up for adventure. Whether it’s skydiving, exploring Europe, or chasing the Northern Lights in Iceland, his bucket list is as bold as his playlists. Just ask his dog—who would give him a 10/10 for treats, loyalty, and top-tier petting.
