Pam brings a world of experience—both geographically and professionally—to Oysters Rock Hospitality. Having lived in Pennsylvania, Ohio, Illinois, and Jacksonville, Florida, she’s gathered stories and skills from every stop along the way. Pam holds degrees from Lehigh University and Case Western Reserve School of Law, and she’s spent her career practicing corporate law across business, nonprofit, and government sectors—all while raising three amazing children.
Though not a traditional hospitality path, Pam is drawn to the energy of the industry and the impact-driven mission of Shuckin’ Good Cause, where her nonprofit heart finds its home. “I love the dynamic nature of corporate hospitality work and the chance to make a difference through community engagement,” she says.
Her favorite guest service moment? Meeting the unforgettable Aunt B.
Pam’s daily fuel is a simple drip brew with skim and one stevia—but if you’re asking for a big favor, adding a shot of Bailey’s might help. Huge favor? Better make it Jameson.
When she’s not reviewing contracts or supporting the team, Pam is likely planning her next travel adventure, enjoying wine with friends, or getting side-eyed by her 17-year-old cat who’s thrilled the kids are out of the house and she has Mom all to herself.
