Originally from Dayton, Ohio, Linda spent most of her life in Virginia before making her way to the Sunshine State. A proud graduate of James Madison University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Hotel and Restaurant Management, she has built a distinguished career in both hospitality operations and large-scale event planning.
From her early roles as a catering manager, director, and assistant restaurant manager to becoming a Meeting Manager and Director of Meetings for national educational nonprofits, Linda has overseen events ranging from 3,000 to 25,000 attendees. Known for her ability to produce seamless, high-quality events from start to finish, she brings a unique blend of structure, empathy, and calm under pressure to every project.
“I’ve always enjoyed the fast-paced nature of this industry,” she says. “Troubleshooting, connecting with people, and creating meaningful experiences is what drives me.”
When she’s not coordinating logistics or planning conferences, Linda enjoys the sweeter things in life—literally. She’s not a coffee drinker, but coffee ice cream is a different story. Her go-to order? The Tuna Poke. And her favorite guest moment? Dressing up as a clown for a children’s birthday party—hospitality knows no bounds.
Her pets would describe her as loyal, caring, and always attentive. Retirement is already on her mind as an exciting future chapter, but before then, Austria remains at the top of her travel bucket list.
