Meet Our Regional Director, Jared Weis!

Born and raised in Bradenton, Florida, Jared brings over two decades of hands-on restaurant experience to the Oysters Rock Hospitality team. Since starting in the industry at just 15 years old, he’s worked every position in the house—from dishwasher to cook to manager. His career has included stops at Freedom Village, Macaroni Grill, and Carrabba’s before joining AMOB in 2022.

Passionate about hospitality, Jared thrives on delivering memorable guest experiences and mentoring team members. “I love taking care of guests and doing whatever we can to make them happy,” he says. “Coaching and teaching staff is one of the best parts of the job.”

One of his most cherished moments in hospitality was serving an 80th wedding anniversary dinner—an evening filled with love, laughter, and a powerful reminder of why this work matters.

When he’s not leading the team, you’ll find Jared enjoying a Wawa coffee with French vanilla creamer, planning his next cruise, or working his way through a bucket list goal: visiting every Major League Baseball stadium in the country.
