Oysters Rock Hospitality is proud to announce that the fifth Anna Maria Oyster Bar location is now open.
The newest outpost of the Anna Maria Oyster Bars at UTC boasts a 40-seat indoor-outdoor raw bar. Its crown jewel is the shucking station tiled with “fish scales,” where a crew of Shucking Specialists crack open raw oysters fresh to order.
From the moment you sit down, it’ll be tough to choose which Boat Drink, our NEW selection of tropical craft cocktails, to sample first. Most of these specialty drinks include housemade pineapple-infused spirits or our very own Oysters Rock Rum Blend. Perhaps you’ll peruse the NEW Wine List full of well-known bottles you crave, plus brands you’ve yet to discover.
UTC’s dining menu is also infused with fresh, bold flavors in NEW dishes like the Tropical Chicken Bowl or the Tuna Tango. Exciting salads have also joined the party – John’s favorite is the Seafood Cobb Salad while Tim’s Bourbon Salmon Salad is also a crowd pleaser.
You won’t want to miss the Chimichurri & Pickled Red Onion topping for your Ocean Blue Cobia, or the latest selection of boutique oysters sourced from the best small-batch farms up and down the coast.
The entire restaurant is eye-candy, with Five Star Fun interior elements like a 60′ crab trap installation…a 20×20′ mural memorializing the original AMOB once located on the Anna Maria City Pier…multiple hand-painted murals…even a chandelier of upcycled oyster shells, where wooden fish swim about.
The restaurant opens at 11am daily, and is open until 11pm on Sundays through Thursdays, and until midnight on Fridays and Saturdays.
