That is where Anna Maria Oyster Bar’s new beverage menu comes in. Our newest drink lineup is pouring now, bringing fresh cocktails, frozen favorites, tropical flavors, crisp wines, cold beer and zero proof sips to the table just in time for summer.

Whether you are cooling down after the beach, meeting friends for Happy Hour or pairing something refreshing with your favorite seafood, the new AMOB beverage menu was made for easy summer sipping and Five Star Fun.

The menu keeps the AMOB classics guests already love, while adding even more ways to beat the heat. The Piña Colada brings frozen, creamy, pineapple coconut goodness. The Rum Runner leans tropical with rum, banana liqueur, blackberry brandy and fruit juices. The Mango Mojito is bright and refreshing with coconut rum, mango purée, fresh mint, lime and soda.

There are also plenty of sips for every kind of summer mood. The Passionfruit Aperol Spritz is light, bubbly and beach day approved. The Bloody Mary brings the brunch energy with Tito’s Vodka, Zing Zang bloody mix, Old Bay, shrimp, olive and lime. The Smoked Old Fashioned keeps things smooth with Horse Soldier Bourbon, bitters, simple syrup, craft ice, black cherry and orange.

And because it would not be summer without a good margarita, AMOB’s new ’Ritas lineup brings plenty of options. Guests can keep it classic with the AMOB Gran ’Rita, go elevated with the Top Shelf ’Rita or add a little heat with the Spicy Watermelon ’Rita, made with Milagro Blanco Tequila, spicy triple sec, watermelon purée and a Tajín rim. There is also a ’Rita Your Way option with flavors like mango, pineapple, watermelon and passionfruit.

Not drinking? No problem. The new Free Spirits section brings full flavor, zero proof and all the AMOB vibes. Options like the Mango Faux-jito, Taste of the Tropics and Pineapple Dragonfruit Spritz are bright, colorful and refreshing without the alcohol. They are perfect for anyone who wants a fun drink that still feels special.

Of course, we also have to raise a glass to Shuckin’ Good Beer. Brewed exclusively for AMOB by Sun King Brewing, this Florida style light lager is made for easy sipping. The new beverage menu also includes wines by the glass, 9 ounce pour and bottle, plus draft beer, bottles, cans and Happy Hour favorites. AMOB Happy Hours are available daily from 3 PM to 6 PM and Friday and Saturday from 9 PM to close, with specials on raw oysters, Free Spirits, house ’ritas, select draft beers, well mixed drinks, house wines, AMOB Gran ’Ritas and premium spirits.
